OALC students compete at MAAP Stars competition

Students from the Osseo Area Learning Center (OALC) competed at the Minnesota Association of Alternative Programs (MAAP) Stars competition. They earned nine awards, the most that have been earned by OALC students in one year.

Osseo Area Schools holds the 25th annual powwow

For more than 25 years, Osseo Area Schools has put on one of the largest education-based powwows in the state. With more than 500 Native American students and 90 tribes represented, the powwow brings more than 1,000 people together for a celebration of culture and history.

Investment in Youth award recipients

District 279 Foundation's Investment in Youth celebration took place on Sunday, May 1. The event recognizes the many achievements and success stories of the students, staff, and volunteers in Osseo Area Schools. The program will be replayed on CCX Media Channel 20 or Channel 859 through Comcast Cable.
